Currently riding a Giant Terrago Disc, little busy right now but had a great summer last year across the New Forest and the Isle of Wight, taking the bike to Cornwall this year for a few long weekends. Now riding to work every day, must be slightly sadistic as I have an extremely comfortable BMW Touring at home yet still choose to ride the 11 miles to work.

In October 2006 I will be taking part in an amazing but challenging 400km ride along the Great Wall of China to Tiananmen Square in aid of Mind, to raise vital funds for those who experience mental distress.

I will be joining a group of 50 cyclists and will cover the 400km in 5 unforgettable days venturing deep into the countryside and hills around Bejing.
